We, meravis Immobilienmanagement GmbH, have instructed iwb Immobilienwirtschaftliche Beratung GmbH to inspect our entire housing stock to assess its technical equipment and structural condition. iwb employees are not authorised to accept notices of damage, orders, notices of termination or similar.
The inspection of your property is scheduled for(Please refer to the original letter for the date and time.) and will last approx. 15 minutes.
As your rental agreement establishes a right to inspection, we kindly ask you to allow the surveyors access to your home. All employees can identify themselves with a power of attorney of the meravis real estate group. Please have them show this to you for your own safety.
As we care about your health, the surveyor will implement the applicable coronavirus protection and hygiene concept during the inspection for your safety.
This involves:
- the surveyors take daily coronavirus tests in test centres,
- wearing facemasks that meet current coronavirus regulations,
- disinfecting hands before every inspection,
- keeping the recommended minimum distance as far as possible.
Furthermore, we recommend ventilating your home during the inspection.
